I spent time selecting these objects and thinking about how different textures, brightness's, and sizes would look in my photographs. In terms of editing, to make the photographs more interesting I altered the contrast, exposure, clarity, texture, and brightness. For example in the worm's eye view photo, I took the texture and clarity up so that you were able to see the grooves in the wood. I am pleased with most of my backgrounds. I think that the background light from the window behind the object gives the photo good contrast. Although, I think a couple of the photos have too busy of a background. My favorite photo is the worm's eye view because I don't usually take photos from that angle. My least favorite photo is the asymmetrical balance because I think it has too much going on in the background so the objects don't really pop. From now on, I am going to try to use these different angles in my photos.
